As the products are combination of artisan’s workmanship and modern technology, each piece may slightly vary which is the beauty of the piece and not the flaw of the product.

Return Policy 

Return/ exchange is not permitted except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.

  • Products are not eligible for return or replacement, if :
    1. Damage is due to misuse of product.
    2. Damage is due to incorrect usage
    3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed
    4. Mirror/Glass articles
    5. Digital products/services
    6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
    7. Any product which is ‘made to order’ on customer’s request
    8. Product is above Rs. 2500/-

The manufacturing defect or damage due to transit to be informed at info@treasurehunt.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. After this period, the complaint will not be considered. Without unboxing video the complaint will not be considered.

Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. In case there is a manufacturing defect or damage due to transit, the reverse pickup will be arranged. The credit note of the value of the product will be issued, once the original product reaches back to it’s origin. This credit note must be redeemed within 90 days of date of issue. It will get expired after that.

No refund will be made if incorrect or incomplete shipping address is shared, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by the shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.

If the package has been tampered, do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery). For this the refund will be made for prepaid parcels within 7-10 working days after the product reaches back to its origin.

Cancellation will not be accepted, if the product is shipped from the premises.

Treasure Hunt reserves the right to suspend, block, restrict and to initiate civil /criminal proceedings against any user who knowingly provides false, misleading information or have intent to injure, defraud or deceive or files a fraudulent complaint. Such users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
