At Treasure Hunt, our aim is to ship our product in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver all over India

Processing your order
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Gurgaon (Delhi-NCR). However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to ((Delhi – NCR) process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

We Treasure Hunt, we value your concern about online privacy & security while browsing and shopping at our website. We make every effort to guarantee that the information you provide will not be misused. If for some reason the following privacy and security policy does not answer your questions, please contact us by email.

1. When and what information does Treasure Hunt collect?

Treasure Hunt collects basic information required to service your request, including your name, mailing address, email and phone number. This information is gathered when you purchase product/gift certificates, or sign up for email notification. Your card information is requested only when you place an order and is submitted via highest level of encryption to ensure the greatest amount of safety and security.
When you browse our website, we also use “cookies” or bits tracking data to gather information about your preference. This includes your internet services provider’s address and your clicks and activity on our website. We do not trace this information to individual customers and will never use cookies to save confidential information such as passwords or credit/debit card information.

2. Why do we collect this information?

The primary reason we gather information is for order processing, shipping and customer services. For example, we may contact you to provide an update on your order, information regarding the shipping status or to clarify questions related to your order. We also use this information to improve our products, services, website content and navigation.

3. What steps does Treasure Hunt take to ensure security when shopping online?

All of the customer data we collect is provided against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure correct use of information we have employed reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies.
This information is sent to your card issuer’s bank over secure, proprietary connection. When the authorization process is complete – this takes around five seconds – you receive an approval or decline response in your browser, and we are informed appropriately to initiate the shipping process.

4. Does Treasure Hunt share my information with other companies?

Treasure Hunt respects that you do not want your personal information shared with other companies. Therefore, the information which you provide will only be used for your intended purpose and to complete your online purchase. Treasure Hunt does not share, rent or sell your information with other company.

It is, Treasure Hunt may provide links to other company website which we believe may be interested to you. Treasure Hunt is not responsible for the content or services on these sites, and if you choose to explore these links we suggest you review their privacy policies.

6. How do I update my account information?

It is quick and easy to update your account information. Simply log in at My Account and proceed to ‘Account Information’. Please note that we do not share your credit/debit card information in your personal profile.

7. How do I remove my name from the Treasure Hunt email list?

If you would like to unsubscribe from our email mailing list, you can always do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe Treasure Hunt. If you are a registered user with Treasure Hunt, you can also log into My Account and Unsubscribed from the Newsletter Subscriptions page.

Returns & Replacements

Before you return a Treasure Hunt product, Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

In spite being handcrafted, at Treasure Hunt we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace any unused product free of cost if you are not are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item. You will also need to enclose the return form with the items you wish to return. This form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below:

Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against Jewellery & Accessories products due to personal hygiene reason.
Return Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • Return, if any, need to be made within 15 days of receiving the goods.
  • A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Returns Form by clicking here.
  • Treasure Hunt will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns & Exchange form. Please ship to the following address:

 Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • If you would like to request an exchange lease write to us customercare@treasurehunt.in.
  • Items which are to be exchange need to be sent to the addresses given below within 15 days of receiving the goods.
  • A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Returns Form by Clicking Here.
  • Treasure Hunt will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (Wrong color or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
  • If you would like to exchange any item, Treasure Hunt will replace the returned items free of cost and issue refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable form.

Note: Customers can not return or exchanges an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through Online Store.
For Products where you think there is a defect, or where the wrong size or color has been shipped, customers in India can ship all products must be shipped to our office Gurgaon, Haryana India.

Claiming Refunds

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the CC Avenue Payment Gateway if applicable as per situations given below.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded expect where Treasure Hunt has erroneously sent you a wrong item/color/size.
Refunds will be done in the following cases: - (i) Genuine quality issues. (ii) Packaging lost in transit. (iii) In case treasure Hunt discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you. (iv) In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned unused items to the address mentioned above. Such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:-

  •  
    • In case minor design and color variations. With handicrafts products there will always be some variation between products.
    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect address format including any of a PO Box address.
    • Delivery attempts by courier service.
    • Package refused by recipient.
    • Product returned in a used or damaged condition.
